The overall goal of the KPI mentor program is to help people develop the skills and attributes necessary to fulfill the role of both coach and mentor. We also work with individuals to ensure they have clear understanding of how to maximize the value of having a mentor. Each program is tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses and existing development initiatives in place. They can be conducted at an organizational and individual level.
